student who might be able to give a
presentation. The most interesting, intriguing
bander that you could get to talk to your
classes would be Steve Herman, a professor
at Evergreen. He has superb stories of his
past adventures in bird study. Steve can be
reached at 360-866-6000. I personally
don't have my own equipment to show, and
come to think of it I don't even have slides of
banding (prints only). I'll have access to a
pre-prepared slide show on banding when it
is completed...but I haven't heard of the
status of that project yet...I'll check on it.
