Since I spend weekends in the Cle Elum area and travel alot to Ellensburg I
have noticed the same thing in regard to Rough-Leg Hawks and No. Harriers. I
would also like to add that if you have time travel Hwy 10 between Cle Elum
and Ellensburg and you will see Eagles along the river.
