It's a shame that such a wonderful program is represented less than favorable
by a statement like this. It makes a new comer like myself wonder what I'd
be getting myself into if I volunteered for one of these bird counts. It is
my complete humble uneducated opinion that they are all crucial to the
successful push backs of such movements like the "Dog sale" in Okanogan.
