Yes, the Everett STP swans are mutes.

There seem to be a lot of report of mute swans coming from B.C. this year.
In an attempt to document their location and pattern of distribution I am
requesting that all sightings of mute swans be sent to me directly. We
(The Trumpeter Swan Society) need the information to prepare a report for
the USFWS. The USFWS has requested information on mute swans across North
America - their distribution, numbers, breeding or wintering, habitat type,
and state policies dealing with the species. TTSS offered to collect the
information and prepare a report.
Your assistance in this effort is greatly appreciated.
Please post me with the following information: date seen, number of mutes,
adult or juvenile, location and habitat type. Also, were they in the
company of other swans or geese.
