That's a good one. Some Washingtonians may remember a very visible
Osprey nest on the south side of Interstate 90 just east of the
bridge over the Cle Elum River. It was used by Osprey for many
years in the 80's. Eventually, Canada Geese began nesting in this
nest. It was a good drop to the ground below, perhaps 60 feet.

Apparently, Canada geese regularly nest in the cliffs along the
Snake River as well.

I haven't seen the gosling drop that must occur at these sites.
