Thursday, 11/13/97 10:27 p.m. Michael Kreba [sp?] 623.7798. Earlier
today, at the Ridgefield NWR, at the unit by the oak woods, my wife and I
saw at least 20 and possibly more GREAT EGRETS flying over our heads up
toward the river unit. Thanks and good luck.

Wednesday, 11/12/97 9:09 a.m. My name is Pat McShea. My work number is
382.9540, home 763-2052 (Seattle). On Wednesday morning the 12th at 8
a.m. I saw a SAGE SPARROW in my back yard; at least I believe it was a
SAGE SPARROW. If anyone can convince me
otherwise, I'd be happy to hear from you.

Tuesday, 11/11/97, 7:47 p.m. Ian MacGregor 361.4784. The previously
reported SHARP-TAILED SANDPIPER was seen today along with a PECTORAL
SANDPIPER near the Three Crabs restaurant near Sequim. The BROWN BOOBY
near Diamond Point and Protection Island was not relocated.

Tuesday, 11/11/97, 2:49 p.m. Hi, this is Al Rogers, and I work here in
Renton, and we've got a pond and a GREAT EGRET's been here for two weeks.
I'd be curious to know whether they're rare or quite common. It's the
first one I've ever seen, and my phone number is 662.8319; home phone
772.7745.

Monday, 11/10/97 10:58 p.m. Hi this is Jim Flynn at 206.772.5568. Today
there was a female OLDSQUAW at the Kent Ponds, at the small pond at the
very south end of the complex. Thanks, bye-bye.

Monday, 11/10/97 7:01 p.m. Hi, this is Bill Tweit, 360.754.7098. Today,
at noon we had a YELLOW-BILLED LOON in basic plumage in Budd Inlet in
Olympia near red channel marker number 8, just north of the port of
Olympia peninsula - the parking lot at the KGY marina. Also, a couple of
OLDSQUAW in the area.
