Hi, Tweeters,
I've been eavesdropping on Tweeters for a little over a week and I really
enjoy the friendliness, comraderie and humor (but then, my only other
experience was a national group - although I still managed to make some
friends there).
My wife and I will be visiting a dear friend in Bothell (cc-ed
above, but aol seems to be down so she probably won't get it) from
December 13 - Jan 5th and would like some advice on finding birds.
We've birded western Washington state twice, both times in the summer
(Our first alcid nest colony and first aplodontia!), but never in winter.
Any advice or help would be much appreciated. I have the CBC
list, but though I can find the counties on a map, the choices are a
little daunting.
