Spencer Island is a separate, but nearby location. From the South end of
the Sewage ponds, go 1000 yards on the gravel road to the bridge crossing
to Spencer Is. The north end is hunted. The cross dike and south dike
trails are off limits to hunters.
At the ponds, one con walk on the dikes, but recently the north end has
been off limits. You must stop first at the offices and get a permit and
instructions.
Call first if you plan on going on a weekend.
