For those birders driving north to Gibsons, BC, I suggest the following
route: At the Canadian border, drive north on BC 15 to Canada 1, follow
Canada 1 across the Second Narrows bridge to Horseshoe Bay ferry dock.
This route avoids the traffic horrors of residential and downtown Vancouver,
as well as the congestion on the Lion's Gate bridge.
The BLACK PHOEBE was present at the Washougal STP as of 10:45 am today.
