Seattle Audubon's publication, Earthcare, ran an article on Conservation
Licenses last year and, I believe, had them available at the office for a
time. However, response was very minimal. I have used the approach of giving
field trip participants information about Conservation licenses - their
importance, where to get them, cost, etc. I stress it when we visit any
facility such as a fishing pier, boat ramp or wildlife area maintained by
Washington State. Hopefully some of them remember to actually get one.
