As I recall the first conservation license was a pretty decal for your car.
Well, at least it was a Bald Eagle on a blue background. Apparently the
wise ones of the day decided the cost of the decal was too much and plain
paper would do just fine, nor would it need to be displayed on a car. Of
course nobody bought the license, or did not know of its existence. (duh.)


Bringing out a series of wildlife decals (Please, NO POSSUMS OR RACCOONS)
would be a great marketing ploy. I'd like to see a Black-throated Gray
Warbler decal. Anyone in DFW listening?
