Hello Tweets,
My mother and I birded today starting out at Tokeland at high tide where we
observed 254 Marbled Godwits, 1 Willet, 10 Caspian Terns, and 5 Turkey
Vultures. We headed north and birded the Ocean
Shores area, where we experienced high winds and heavy rains at times
throughout the day, and the
tide remained very high until about 5:30, when it receded slightly.The
following will be a list of species
at several sites in the general vicinity.
