Hi Tweets,

I'm taking a beginning birding course through the Field Naturalist here in
Victoria and we were down at Saxe and Macauley points for about an hour on
Saturday morning before we got rained out. We didn't see a lot, some
Harlequin ducks, Great Blue Heron and a seal, but the leader, Bob Chappell,
mentioned he has seen a banded Glaucous-winged Gull for the last three
summers and winters there at Macauley point. He hasn't been able to find
out who banded it. It has a green band(s?). Anyone have any idea?

Thanks,

Catherine
