This Mon. morning, 6th, my wife and I first heard and then located a female
Western Tanager at the top of a tree. It was on NE 6th St. about two blocks
east of 148th Ave. NE in Bellevue. When we first heard it I couldn't believe
it to really be a WETA, but sighting it confirmed that it was.
