For those who were unaware, there is a "festscrift" book out celebrating
the contributions to ornithology of the late Allan Phillips. It includes
several sections of possible interest to OBOLoids and Tweetists. I am
posting it here because it is somewhat obscure and may not otherwise come
to your attention.
It is available for $37.50 by sending a check made out to Robert W.
Dickerman at the Museum of Southwestern Biology, Biology Department,
University of New Mexico, Albuquerque NM 87131. All proceeds go into a
memorial trust in Phillips' name to buy bird books for the UNM library.
NOTE that although I have ordered a copy I do not have it yet and therefore
cannot answer questions about the content. Bob Dickerman was kind enough
to mail me a photocopy of the contents pages.
