Hi Tweets,

today the weather looked for hours as if rain would soon start to pour. It
didn't, and when I saw a Bald Eagle circling even from my lab window, I
had to go for a walk down to the Museum of Anthropology.
Highlights: An accipiter, probably a Sharp-shinned Hawk; a Peregrine;
my first sighting of some of the winter guests; and lots of Ruby- and
Golden-crowned Kinglets.
