Thanks, Kelly, I was hoping you would answer. Thanks also to others who
replied. The turkeys in question do not probably qualify as "released"
yet since they seem not to leave the property where they were introduced.
I will try to pass on this info to our friend on Decatur in the hopes
that he will pass it to his neighbors (who may have a permit for all I
know).
