Yesterday (October 16) I sighted 10 Black Turnstones with one Marbled =
Godwit at Ediz Hook. I sighted 20 (Black Turnstones)hanging out near a =
Great Blue Heron the same day at the same place. I also sighted two =
Bonapartes Gulls in their winter plumage. And, as usual, a common =
cormorant with several Brandt's at the lagoon near Ediz Hook. The =
Brandt's were as always unsuccessful at catching anything whilst the =
Common caught several fish in a row, then went on a perch to rest and =
was chased by the same heron he had been the other day. The heron only =
caught two fish ...=20
