Hi tweets,

why is it quieter when the weather is nice? Today I had difficulties to
find any Golden-crowned Kinglets, few Ruby-crowned, no Fox Sparrow or
Hermit Thrush,... met again 1 (or maybe 2) Bewick's Wrens, and that
reminded me of posting an observation from 2days ago. An unusual bubbly
song coincided with seeing a first Bewick's Wren in a salal patch, then a
second one. Maybe the short song was only directed at the 2nd wren, but it
was nice to hear a spring sound already now.
