When Scott Richardson reported that a friend had reported a pelican in
East Bay, Olympia, I checked it out around sunset yesterday and didn't see
a thing that looked pelican-like. I checked the area from the south end
to as far north as I could see from the KGY building. A negative report
doesn't mean much, but . . . no pelican.
