Maybe the people at Audubon feel about this the same way I do. If I can
shoot all the crows I want, why can't I have one as a pet?

This is probably a good law as it gives the USF&WS a means to prevent the
capture of songbirds etc., but if it is enforced at all (which I doubt) it
should be enforced selectively, particularly in regard to certain ubiquitous
species like crows.
