A large number of DUNLIN have arrived in the area. 224 were on Clatsop beach
along with 370 SANDERLINGS (there 700 Sanderlings and no Dunlin last week).

15 BONAPART'S GULLS, a BLACK-BELLIED PLOVER and 15 LEAST SANDPIPERS were
at the shorebird flats at Ft Stevens on Saturday. A ROUGH-LEGGED HAWK was
working the river dunes north of parking lot C. A NORTHERN SHRIKE was
at parking lot B. A SNOW BUNTING was heard flying over parking lot A

The sparrow patch near the Astoria Airport is full of Zonotrichia Sparrows.
3 GREATER YELLOWLEGS were on the Lewis & Clark River.
