"Migratory retraction": just that I was at a loss for words to describe the
fact that some fraction of the s. Texas population apparently "retracts" to
Mexico for the winter, further evidence for that being that they appear in
winter in places like c. Chiapas in southern Mexico where they do not breed.

Did I say "indigenous" somewhere?
