A beautiful male hooded merganser and 2 females (one perhaps an imm.
male) on 10/20 joined a lone female that has been on Swan Lake in
Sixty-01 Village in Redmond for several weeks. They are still there. One
day last week a male bufflehead was with them. Last week up to 10 common
mergansers were around for 2
days.
