Jacki, I'm sure you can find relatively comprehensive information on the
Fill at the Center for Urban Horticulture, including a draft EIS study
completed in 1980. Urban Hort may also have done a more recent plan, as
they have jurisdiction over most of the site, or like to think they do...

Then there's Kevin Aanerud's article in Washington Birds 1:6-21, 1989; an
article, mostly a map in "WOSNEWS" 3:2, 10/1989; Ellen Ratoosh's article
in Washington Birds 4: 1-34, 1995. Ellen defines the Fill as 14 ha. Her
article also has an extensive literature list with additional resources.
