Check with Portland Audubon. They are listed in the phone book and can
provide access to Oregon RBA (Harry Nehls does a great job). Don't miss
Sauvie Island. Ridgefield NWR, etc.

Maybe someone local can respond and provide current info. Like -- Is the
Emperor goose at the Sandy? Gee, I would make another try for that one!!
