Kelly McAllister is a guy who has really put in his time with the state
as a wildlife biologist; I went to school with him at the UW school of
fisheries, where he excelled in natural history and then went to work
right away with the state. We got our BS degrees in '78, so he's been
there about 20 years. Amphibians, waterfowl, marine invertebrates,
vertebrates, he's into everything with a passion! A great guy, very
astute.
