Hi All,
I am enjoying the spider thread, and its associated puns! I had no idea
that Michael Price was so knowledgeable about birds AND spiders. I have
become chief spider-killer in our house, after being scared to death of
them for most of my life. One day I looked at how big I was, and how
little spiders are (except the 5inch monster described by one post !!!!!!),
and decided to take back my home ! Except that right now several ceiling
and window corners are inhabited by what I call Daddy Longlegs, who perform
the most amazing warp-speed pushups when they are disturbed. Anyway,
Michael Price has proven that spiders can be very interesting creatures,
and I plan to look at them in a new light from now on (a flashlight, with a
can of Raid in the other hand.......) 8^D
