Since there has been such an interest lately in spiders, I thought I'd let
you know about a seminar series coming up some of you may be interested in.
Bellevue Stream Team, Redmond Stream Team and King County Water and Land
Resource Dept. are sponsoring a way to get to know benthic
macroinvertabrates (aquatic bugs) better. You can participate in bug
collection days in local streams, attend a lab night to learn how to sort
and classify the bugs, or attend a five-night intensive workshop in
identification of the most common macroinvertabrates in our local streams.
The collection days begin this weekend, 9/13, and the series runs through
October. You can participate in just one day or the entire program.

And they're all FREE!

If you're interested, call Bellevue Stream Team at 452-6932 or reply to me
privately. I'll get you the information.
