Does anyone know much about the project? Given the unemployment in
Grays Harbor County, I doubt they will simply tell the steel mill to go
away. Can anyone (Sierra Club, Audubon, VP Gore, etc.) or someone
with local political muscle (what's the name of the guy who
spearheaded the I-90 green corridor?) find a compromise? Can birds and a
steel mill co-exist?
