The word mindless did not come to mind when I considered the opposition to
both the steel mill and the prison. Admittedly I don't know all the facts.
But the suggestion that there must be a better site in the area seems worth
looking into to me. Has it been looked into? Did I miss a memo?

My big general question regarding development is-- Where and when does it
stop? If nowhere, never, then I don't hold out much hope for wildlife
habitat in the long run. I know, I know. Bad attitude. My boss already
pointed out earlier today that the glass is often half empty for me.
