Kelly and Everyone Else:

There are actually several lists for neotropical migrants in the
Pacific Northwest. Audubon/Partners in Flight put together one, and I
think BLM and Forest Service also. I will check tonight.

In putting together one of these lists, there are real problems with
species which are on the cusp. For example, robins and juncos are
both listed as neotropical migrant while most likely our birds do not
cross the border into Mexico, populations further south do so they are
lumped into neotropical migrants. I'll try to get some more
information tomorrow.
