I guess I don't fit in either pat group. I'm in opposition, but not
mindless. I believe it's okay to be FIRMLY opposed while considering the
project's positive points. But you'd better show me there will be no
degradation of habitat before I climb on board. I see the concept of
"mitigation" as making habitat destruction more gradual, not any less final.
