Hi - a friend of mine is a 3rd grade teacher and is planning to read "The
Trumpet of the Swan" to her class in a couple weeks. She'd like to get
some background info about trumpeter swans, and, in particular, a
recording of a trumpeter swan (she wants to be able to mimic the swan's
call while reading the story out loud). I have looked through my Peterson
Western Birding By Ear, and my Bird Songs of the Pacific States, but
neither of them has the trumpeter. I also logged in to the Cornell
Library of Natural Sounds and they don't have anything for the trumpeter
either (either that, or their on-line search service is not working). Does
anyone know of a nice trumpeter recording?

Other interesting trumpeter tidbits also appreciated!
