I am subject to seasickness, and believe me, it isn't mental, as I truly
love going out on boats, which I do on any possible occasion. My doctor
prescribed Meclizine tablets for a trip to the outer Hebrides in Scotland
recently. That was really lucky, as we hit about ten hours of the roughest
water I've ever seen! Everyone was being tossed around the boat--But, the
Meclizine worked. I even ate my dinner when the sea calmed down a bit!!
Good luck. 'Tis better to be safe than sorry.
