Following is my full Proof plan designed to make my ride fun and
enjoyable...all of the suggestions below are thingz that you, Tweeterz have
recomended!
BEFORE GOING
1. For a few days before the outing do numerouse tumbling, cartwheels and,

2. Go to John McDonald Park in Rosland and walk the bridge to get my sea legs
in advance.
3. Invest in 2 of those nifty Wrist Bands.(Q. how do these things work?)
4. Go to the local drug store and get a bottle of Dramamine.
5. Before getting on the boat do some meditation to get my self in a positive
mind set. Focus on the fact that i will not get sick and i will see many
great birds.
6. Take up Windsurfing.
ON THE BOAT

the jarring motion of fishing through my back pack on the deck.
