Today's Olumpian reports that the 17 year-old who killed 400+ birds while
driving the beach last April was found guilty; sentenced to eight days in
jail and four years on probation, fined $1000, and required to enroll in
school and perform 30 days of community service with Dept. of Fish and
Wildlife. Think he'll get the message?
