Dr. David Duffy <afdcd1 at UAA.ALASKA.EDU> has been posting weekly El Nino
summaries to the SEABIRD-L listserver. The summaries have included info on
Costa Rica weather or biological phenomena that may be related to the current
El Nino. You should be able to get onto his mailing list.
