For a quick summary:
Solitary Vireo was split 3 ways - Blue-headed Vireo in the "east", Cassin's
Vireo in the "west", and Plumbeous Vireo in the "southwest".
Plain Titmouse was split into Juniper Titmouse (Gtreat Basin?) and Oak
Titmouse (California)
