Gene,
Generally, if you go up to the gate in front of the main office and
press the call button you may be able to get someones attention and
they'll let you in. Or call them at (425) 259-8819. They only have one
or two people on call on the weekends so you have to try harder to get
their attention but they are usually willing to let you in. The gate to
the Sewage Ponds will close behind you so make sure they show you how to
open it from the inside so you can get back out on your own. If you
know in advance that you are going to be there on the weekend try to
make arrangements the week before.
