hello david,
i also went by the sewage ponds today. the gull was a california gull.this
fishing-line been there least a month ore so.the gate was closted
today.also there is a new sign which says NO TREEPASSING.i wonder if this
people not allowing us birders to going in to this place. my anderstandig
inthe past was:there allowen us to bird on the sewage ponds, even when we
have to climb the fence.wy would there change the rules now?
