to the lake (150 yds horizonal) with a gravel road running across the
hillside about half way down. From the gravel road down to the lake
there is a grove of mixed fir, pine, aspen and thick underbrush. This
part of the slope is even steeper yet. The BLUE JAY heads down there and
disappears. We have went down there several times and can't find it. ;-

We ain't given up the ship until it sinks--and then we may use it for a
submarine. :-))
