Just returned from 2 sunny(!) days at Ocean Shores, WA where among
other birds, I saw 40 or so MARBLED GODWITS feeding with a group of
DUNLIN & SANDERLINGS, as well as a dozen BLACK-BELLIED PLOVER in
summer plumage. It's always exciting to see new birds, and the sunny
weather was most welcome!
