In response to that accidentally deleted message regarding old
Audubon magazines--

If you can't find a library to donate them to or someone who wants to
buy them, donate them to an elementary school. I have several
friends who work in elementary schools, and they're always looking
for magazines. The kids can cut out the pictures to use in their art
projects or write reports about the picture. And nature magazines
are great because so many kids like animals. Often the only things
that get donated are "Parenting" and other magazines that the parents
read, and the kids usually aren't too excited about making a collage
of diaper ads, babies, etc.

(Please don't anyone take this the wrong way--I am *not* saying that
parents only read certain magazines--it's just that that's what often
ends up available to these kids.)
