It could be that it is not the kind of bird feed the wood ducks
like. My FIL feeds wood ducks and they are very keen on wheat.
Get 50 lb sacks of wheet from a feed store and put it on the
platform, or a platform of their own. Other birds will eat the
wheat, jays in particular but juncos as well once it falls to
the ground. You will soon have all the wood ducks in the area at
your feeder, twice a day. Perhaps get 2 50 lb sacks!
