Hello Tweets,

I birded Nisqually NWR today from 2pm-6pm with 84 species, and the major
highlight being a single AM. GOLDEN PLOVER on the Nisqually Delta at
3:30pm. Most of the warblers, vireo, and other songbirds were not present,
but a good assortment of other highlights were observed on loop hike around
the refuge including: 1 SOLITARY SANDPIPER, 2 LESSER YELLOWLEGS, 7
W.SANDPIPERS, 1 AM. BITTERN, 2 SORA, 4 CINNAMON TEAL, 1 MERLIN, 3 MOURNING
DOVES, 4 PURPLE MARTINS, 2 R.B. SAPSUCKERS, 13 AM. PIPITS, 2 HUTTON'S
VIREOS, and 8 LINCOLN'S SPARROWS.

Good Birding,

Patrick Sullivan
