Instead of getting my work done today I've been watching the male Warbler
go through his "song and dance" almost all day. There are three trees in
a triangle about 60 feet apart in three different yards, and he flies
from one to the other repeating the same routine in each tree. A small
song, then he flies down in a short loop and lands on a new branch and
repeats the process. Song - loop - song, three to four times per tree. I
saw the female once this morning, but not since. This is probably old hat
to all you master birders, but it's fun to watch nonetheless.
