In response to your question: These places are slightly NE of Sultan,
So. Snohomish Co., Washington. See DeLorme, Atlas book, page 80. Go
halfway between A and B and then over to 2. Kellogg Lake is about 2
miles NE of that point. Olney Creek is a little further east and Spada
Lake is north of Olney Creek, at about A3.

The last time I was out there, which was awhile back, Spada Lake was the
reservoir for water for parts of Snohomish Co. Don't know if that's
changed. The area is called the Sultan Basin.
