This morning in the LHG about 0900 there were 20 American Pipit in the field
NE of intersection of 156th SE and SE 16th St. There was also a mystery bird
that I couldn't ID at first, but after describing to Hal Opperman he suggested
a female or 1st winter Yellow-headed Blackbird. On rechecking the bird book I
agreed. But, that is first ever for me at the LHG in 7-8 years. A worthwhile
addition to the list.
Also, Yellow-rumped Warblers finally showed up there. Saw three this morning.
