Hello Bob,
For what it is worth:I been camping in that erea for three sommers there
and i never encounterd any Great gray Owls or even heard any at any time.
Infact we did some Owling there some nights. All we ever had was mostly
Spotted Owls.Maybe Andy Stepniewski can make some coment on this subject.
I am spending lot's of time there right now, try to finding hard to find
Dragonflies. This area is not to much explored yet. I found four county
records there last week.
